Are these products natural?
Our formulations are inspired by Ayurveda and use carefully selected ingredients. Every ingredient is listed on the product label so you can make an informed choice. We do not describe products as “chemical-free”, because every substance, natural or otherwise, is made of chemicals.
Can Ayurvedic products replace medicines?
No. Our products may complement a healthy lifestyle but are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Never stop prescribed medicines without consulting your doctor.
Can Orthobrick cure arthritis?
No. Orthobrick is a massage oil for everyday joint and muscle comfort. It is not intended to treat or cure arthritis or any disease. Please continue the treatment your doctor recommends.
Can Regait cure paralysis?
No. Regait does not treat or cure paralysis, stroke or neurological disease. It is a massage oil for supportive external care. Continue treatment, physiotherapy and rehabilitation under qualified healthcare professionals.
Can Tresselyn regrow lost hair?
No. Tresselyn is not intended to regrow hair or treat baldness or alopecia. It nourishes hair and scalp, helps reduce breakage and supports healthier-looking hair. For sudden or persistent hair loss, consult a doctor or dermatologist.
How often can I use body lotion?
Daily, usually after bathing, and on dry areas as needed. Follow the directions on the label.
Is Fioralue suitable for everyday use?
Yes. Fioralue Hand Cream is designed for frequent, everyday use.
What if I develop irritation?
Stop using the product, rinse the area with water, and consult a doctor if irritation continues. Please also report it to us so we can record and review it.
Can pregnant women use these products?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your doctor before using any new personal-care or wellness product.
Can children use them?
Our products are formulated for adults unless the label states otherwise. Please consult a paediatrician before using any product on children, and keep all products out of children’s reach.
How should products be stored?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap tightly closed. Use before the expiry date on the pack.
